rcorbin@windes.com Robert joined Windes and McClaughry in 2001 and has over 11 years of experience in public accounting. Currently a partner in the firm’s Tax and Accounting Services department, Robert focuses on large, middle-tier and small business tax matters, drawing from his experience at both local and international public accounting firms. His range of experience combines both a high level of technical expertise and an understanding of each client’s business, including the key factors that drive their success. Robert’s practice includes planning for transactions, structural entity selection and international tax considerations. He also serves as a resource for business combinations, wealth transfers and estate planning, including consulting and compliance engagements.
