Robert M. Corbin, CPA, MS

Robert joined Windes and McClaughry in 2001 and is currently a partner in the firm’s Tax and Accounting Services department. Robert focuses on large and middle tier business tax matters, including shareholders and their families. Drawing from his experience at both local and “Big Four” public accounting firms, his range of experience combines both a high level of technical expertise and an understanding of each client’s business, including the key factors that drive their success. Robert’s practice includes planning for transactions, public and closely held businesses, including international tax considerations. He serves as a resource for business combinations and reorganizations, wealth transfers, and real estate planning. In addition, Robert consults on FAS 109 and FIN 48 issues, including financial statement disclosure requirements.

Robert serves a wide variety of clients in various industries and international locations, including technology, energy, healthcare, manufacturing, professional services, retail, food service, and real estate.
