Pete joined Windes & McClaughry in 1989 and is currently a partner in the firm’s Audit and Assurance Services practice. He also has 20 years of experience operating a family restaurant and bar in Arizona. Pete specializes in income tax planning and compliance, profit maximization through planning, choice of entity evaluation, including formation and dissolution, reviews and compilations of financial statements, mergers and acquisitions, ligation support, international tax planning and compliance, and tax returns for partnerships and corporate clients.

Pete serves a wide variety of clients in various industries, including manufacturing, wholesale and distribution, contracting, agriculture, service, restaurant, real estate, oil and gas, healthcare, litigation support, and retail.
