Pete joined Windes & McClaughry in 1989 with many years of private industry experience. He is currently a partner in the firm’s Audit and Assurance practice. Pete specializes in income and estate planning and compliance, profit maximization through planning and evaluation of software and hardware applications, choice of entity evaluation, including formation and dissolution, reviews and compilations of financial statements, mergers and acquisitions, tax planning and compliance litigation support, international tax planning and compliance, and tax returns for partnerships and corporate clients.

Pete serves a wide variety of clients in various industries, including manufacturing, wholesale, distribution, contracting, nonprofit organizations, financial institutions, churches, agriculture companies, service, restaurants, real estate, oil and gas, healthcare, litigation support, and retail.
