Peter joined Windes & McClaughry in 1994 and is currently a partner in the firm’s Audit and Assurance Services practice. During his career at Windes & McClaughry and at PricewaterhouseCoopers, Peter has provided assurance and business advisory services to a variety of clients in the distribution, manufacturing, high-tech, transportation, service, construction contractors, and real estate industries.

Peter has an extensive background specializing in due diligence, agreed-upon procedures, and mergers and acquisitions. Peter serves as one of the technical reviewers of the firm, which entails final technical review of financial statements before issuance.
