plee@windes.com Peter has 11 years of experience in public accounting. He joined the firm in 1994 and is currently a partner in the firm’s Audit and Assurance department. During his career at Windes & McClaughry and PricewaterhouseCoopers, Peter has provided assurance and business advisory services to a variety of clients in the distribution, manufacturing, high-tech, transportation, service, construction contracting, and real estate industries. He also serves a wide range of privately held companies, providing audit and non-traditional accounting services. Peter has extensive experience with ERISA audits, including audits that require form 11-K. Peter has an extensive background in numerous specialized areas, including due diligence, agreed-upon procedures, and mergers and acquisitions. Peter also serves as a Technical Reviewer, with duties entailing final technical review of financial statements. Education
