ndubow@windes.com Norm joined Windes & McClaughry in 1998 and is the firm’s Director of Information Services. He has more than 20 years of experience in Information Technology systems in the accounting, manufacturing and retail sectors. Norm leads a team that is responsible for the performance, reliability, and security of the firm’s internal computing system. During his tenure at Windes & McClaughry, Norm has expanded and managed the computing infrastructure to support the growing needs of the firm, with significant focus on ensuring the security and privacy of client information. He also served as past chairman and is currently an active board member of the Baker Tilly Internal Information Technology Directors Committee. Education
