mthompson@windes.com Marilyn joined Windes & McClaughry’s Audit Practice in 1982 and is currently a partner in the firm’s Audit and Assurance department. Marilyn serves a wide variety of clients in manufacturing and distribution, service, health care, construction and others. Although Marilyn is responsible for some of the firm’s multinational and large clients, medium-sized privately held businesses encompass the majority of her practice. Marilyn’s practice focus includes audit and accounting services, reports on financial statements, ERISA audits, internal control evaluation, and business mergers and acquisition planning and structure. She has also been involved in numerous special projects, including due diligence, agreed upon procedures, and tax planning, projection, and compliance. Education
