Lyle joined Windes & McClaughry’s Audit and Assurance Services practice in 1988 with seven years of private industry experience. He is currently the partner responsible for the firm’s Audit and Assurance practice, a member of the Board of Directors, Orange County Partner-in-Charge, and past firm treasurer. Lyle’s practice focus includes financial reporting, SEC regulatory compliance, internal control evaluation, and business mergers and acquisition planning and structure. He has extensive expertise with public and private industry. Lyle serves a wide variety of clients in the real estate, retail and consumer products, technology and telecom, manufacturing and distribution industries, and exempt organizations.

Although Lyle is responsible for some of the firm’s larger multinational clients, medium-sized businesses encompass the majority of his practice. Lyle is involved in the firm’s national and international membership with Baker Tilly, the 8th largest network, and has extensive experience in national and international transactions and financial reporting. His focus is to serve the clients of Windes & McClaughry, their personnel, the profession, and the larger community.
