Lyle joined Windes & McClaughry’s Audit and Assurance practice in 1988 with seven years of private industry experience. He is currently the partner in charge of the firm’s Audit and Assurance practice and the Orange County office.

Lyle's practice focus includes financial reporting, SEC regulatory compliance, internal control evaluation, and business mergers and acquisition planning and structure. He has extensive expertise with public and private industries. Lyle serves a wide variety of clients in the real-estate, retail and consumer products, technology & telecom, and wholesale & distribution industries. Although Lyle is responsible for some of the firm's larger multinational clients, medium-sized businesses encompass the majority of his practice. His focus is to serve the clients of Windes & McClaughry, their personnel, the profession, and the larger community.
