Jim joined Windes & McClaughry in 1987. Partner and Former department head for the firm's Employee Benefit Services department, Jim focuses his practice on employee benefit plan design, administration, and compliance with services including qualified plan design and administration, distribution planning, retirement planning, ERISA compliance, fringe and welfare benefit plan design and administration, and qualified plan compliance review. Jim serves employers of firms ranging in size from small professional service firms to the upper end of middle market employers. Within Windes and McClaughry, he serves as Chairman for the firm's Technology Task Force.
