Jack E. Hinsche, CPA

Jack is the Managing Partner of Windes & McClaughry and serves as President of the firm’s Board of Directors. He has a diverse practice principally focused on accounting and consulting services for privately held companies, including audits and reviews, agreed upon procedure engagements, operations reviews, profit allocation formulas, debt structure, capital structure, compensation studies, and non-qualified deferred compensation plans. A member of the firm since 1971, Jack specializes in providing professional services to law firms, distributors, wholesalers, construction contractors, and businesses in the service industry. With extensive experience in professional pronouncements and enterprise zone credits and deductions, he has been invited to speak at various seminars and lectures on such topics as FASB’s, SAS’s, and LARZ/Enterprise Zone Credits and Deductions.
